Your three year U.S. warranty protection is automatically in effect with the purchase of your Seiko Timepiece. In the event your timepiece requires service, please visit www.seikoserviceusa.com for a complete list of instructions. For your convenience, please register your watch below where you will be able to upload your proof of purchase in case service is required in the future. A one year global warranty card is also shipped with each watch in case you need service outside the U.S. Your Seiko warranty card is located in an envelope enclosed with your watch.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The model number can be found as a 6- or 7-digit alphanumeric code on your tag or on the sticker on your watch box (e.g. SSC813).
The serial number can be found on the caseback of your watch. It will either be a string of numbers, usually in the center or outer rim of the caseback, OR the limited-edition number that includes a back slash (/).
The caseback number is an 8-digit number separated with a dash (-) that is typically on the outside rim of the watch caseback.
